Eamonn Egan
Eamonn joined Lloyd’s in 2008 and we opened our first office in Ireland. Since then we have grown the network of Coverholders and volume of business has trebled. Eamonn has worked in the Irish Insurance industry since 1982, starting out as a broker in CHHP, being a Lloyd’s Coverholder and finishing in ACE before he joined Lloyd’s. Eamonn holds the designations of CIP and CID with the Insurance Institute of Ireland.

Eamonn is the Chairman at Centrus Advisors Limited, President of the South Dublin Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee at Horse Sport Ireland.

Our customers are the businesses and entrepreneurs who drive and serve the Irish economy and they come to Lloyd’s to access the scale, diversity and financial strength of our specialist insurance and reinsurance market. We play an important role in the promotion and management of the Lloyd's brand in Europe providing support to Underwriters, Brokers and Coverholders to maximise their European business development opportunities and initiatives.
