Diana Santin

Diana joined Lloyd’s Italy in June 2024. She’s Country Manager for Italy and Regional Manager for MEDI. She is responsible for the implementation of Lloyd’s commercial strategy across the region working with the other Country Managers in their respective roles and accountabilities in a manner that achieves Lloyd’s operational, financial and regulatory requirements and targets. Diana is also responsible for building and maintaining key commercial relationships across the region.

Diana has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry most recently as Regional Account Management Director at Allianz Trade for Multinationals. Other roles she has held previously include Head of Commercial Underwriting and Account Manager at the same Region of Allianz Trade. Her carrier started in the broker market working for the international network ICBA.
