Julie Dubuisson

Julie Dubuisson is Country Manager Benelux at Lloyd’s Europe, responsible for leading the development of the Lloyd’s market across Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. With over 20 years of international experience in insurance and reinsurance, she brings deep expertise in specialty insurance, business development and regulated insurance operations. Prior to joining Lloyd’s Europe, Julie served as General Manager, Dirigeant Agréé and Board Member of Convex Europe, where she built and scaled the company’s European platform. Earlier in her career, she held international roles with AXA, Swiss Re and Marsh. Julie holds master’s degrees in Insurance and Finance and is bilingual in English and French.

Our customers are the businesses and entrepreneurs who drive and serve the Luxemburgish economy and they come to Lloyd’s to access the scale, diversity and financial strength of our specialist insurance and reinsurance market. We play an important role in the promotion and management of the Lloyd's brand in Europe providing support to Underwriters, Brokers and Coverholders to maximise their European business development opportunities and initiatives.
